After 128 Years, Melbourne’s Historic Hopetoun Tea Rooms Is Moving Out of the Block Arcade Tea
Spain is 220V 50hz so you can't just use a plug adaptor. The Westin Palace (Sheraton chain) hotel does NOT have coffee/tea makers in any rooms. On the SPG floors there is a hot water urn in the lift lobby during the morning. Report inappropriate content. CuthbertJ.

From 1893 until 1907, The Victorian Ladies' Work Association ran a small tea room, previously located under the dome in the Arcade.
